The food on the buffet was great! Not lots of selections, but that's typical for Indian buffets we've been to.
2 soups
2 salads
2 chicken entrees
2 veg dishes
1 fruit
1 pudding

This is definately a different kind of place. Not for everyone I am sure. I loved being able to choose raw ingredients and cook them to perfection at the table. Several sauces to choose from and you can choose the level of spice in the "cooking pot".
A couple of the already prepared dishes (separate buffet line) were excellent but most were so-so. That took it down a notch in my opinion.
When I return, and I definately will, I will primarily stick to the raw ingredients cooked at the table.
I gave it gooood overall. In addition to the food, the place was very clean, had nice, classy furniture and the hostess was very helpful to newcomers. Also, it was a unique dining experience. It reminded me of places I ate while traveling in Asia.
I think it might take a time or two for the newcomers to get the hang of the place but I consider it worth it.

Check this place out.
There is a cold and hot buffet at lunch and they set what I think is broth on a burner in front of you.
you can put the cold stuff in it and cook it along with little noodles and what not.
I had no idea what to do and I was in a hurry so i hit the hot buffet and it was pretty good overall..the broth and fish balls side of this place was Nutty...
